HOW DO I KNOW MY CORRECT SIZE?
Each product page includes a size chart. Since most of our outfits are made-to-measure, we recommend sharing your body measurements after placing an order for the best fit.
WHAT IF MY MEASUREMENTS DON’T MATCH THE SIZE CHART?
Not a problem! Payal Malhotra garments are made-to-measure. Just place your order and share your measurements, we’ll tailor it accordingly. Extra charges may apply.
CAN I SEND CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS?

ARE ALL GARMENTS MADE-TO-MEASURE?
Unless marked “ready-to-ship,” most garments are tailored to standard measurements as on the size chart.
CUSTOMISATION
CAN I CUSTOMISE MY OUTFIT?
Yes! We offer customisations like:
- Sleeve additions/removals
- Neckline changes
- Length adjustments
- Colour variations (based on fabric availability and design feasibility)

IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR CUSTOMISATIONS?
Basic size adjustments are usually free. Design changes (e.g., colour, sleeve, or structural edits) may incur additional charges.
CAN ALTERATIONS BE DONE FOR THE OUTFIT THAT’S ON SALE?
Yes, but all alterations on discounted items are chargeable.
CAN I MIX AND MATCH PIECES FROM DIFFERENT SETS?
In many cases, yes. You can select different bottoms, dupattas, or blouses. Contact our team to confirm what's possible.

WHAT’S THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MADE-TO-MEASURE OUTFITS?
Generally it takes around 4-12 weeks from the date we receive both payment and measurements, although every outfit has its own specific timeline which is mentioned in the details below the product.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we worldwide delivery free of cost.Please note that Sundays and public holidays are non-working days and are not included in the delivery timeline.
I NEED MY OUTFIT URGENTLY. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
We do our best to accommodate urgent orders, though it’s not guaranteed. Contact us to check availability.
ORDER TRACKING & PACKAGING
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once shipped, we’ll share tracking details via WhatsApp upon request.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, courier tracking info is provided once your order is dispatched.
HOW IS MY OUTFIT PACKED?
All garments are securely packed with protective wrapping and include a Payal Malhotra -branded garment bag.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Have you had a chance to check your tracking information? We recommend checking around your property and with neighbours. If you’re still unable to locate the package, please contact us so we can assist you by initiating an investigation with the courier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
All garments are made-to-measure or customised, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We follow a strict no-refund policy.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Once an order is confirmed and production begins, cancellations are not possible. Post-order customisation requests depend on the stage of production and may not be accommodated.
